Personal email signature templates

Personal email signature templates and business templates will most often differ in their design, layout, features, and the information that people include in the signature block.

In terms of information, a personal email signature template will typically have less information than a corporate email signature template, since you don’t need to make room for things like your company name, job description, accompanying address, website etc.

In terms of design, a personal email signature template can use brighter and more vivid colors than would be considered appropriate for a company email. It will also only need space for your personal image, since there is no company logo to take up space.

In terms of features, most personal email signature templates will have features like an image gallery, a video thumbnail, a personal quote or other things that reflect on the person owning the signature. A business signature will use more technical features like email disclaimer, sales banner, CTA button and more.

In terms of layout a signature template for a personal email will be more compact and put more emphasis on the person with a big image and big name, as opposed to small image or even just a logo with no image for company signatures.
