Employee sync with Microsoft Security Group
Introducing the option to sync employees with Microsoft Security Group for WiseStamp enterprise customers. This feature allows customers to create an employee group (Security Group) that includes all employees to receive WiseStamp signatures. Once implemented, this feature provides seamless import and synchronization of employees within the designated Security Group.

Goal: Seamlessly import employees from a SPECIFIC Azure security group.
Why? In response to large clients needing streamlined permission management.
How to configure this ?
1. Notify us: initiate sync setup.
- Grant Permission: manually allow WiseStamp necessary access.
- Share security group ID: provide the Azure security group ID for targeted sync.
Note: enable “Auto Remove” to automatically delete users not in the security group.
