RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML feed that streamlines content syndication. In other words, it’s a way to subscribe to websites, and elements of websites, that you’d like to receive on an ongoing basis.
Most of the websites and blogs have RSS feeds and you can select and use them in your email signature to link to automatically link to fresh content such as your latest personal blog post or a daily quot…etc.

Follow those simple steps:

1. Install WiseStamp email signature (Firefox addon).
2. Go to your favorite website, blog or service.
3. Look for the RSS Feed symbol as you navigate in the site (or click the RSS icon in the Status Bar of your browser).
4. Copy (Ctrl+C) your selected RSS.
