Follow these simple steps:

1. Install WiseStamp email signature (Firefox addon).
2. Be sure your Gmail buzz is enabled first (get Google buzz)
3. Go to your Google Profile (make sure you are logged in to google)
4. Click and copy the link to your Public Google buzz updates (located in the orange RSS icon in your browser).
