What is a RSS Feed and how can i use it in my WiseStamp email signature?

With the WiseStamp RSS App you can easily add any content coming as a feed to your emails. Finally an easy way to spread the news!
Add the RSS App to your emails – Follow these simple steps:
- Install WiseStamp email Apps version (Firefox / Chrome).
- Open the WiseStamp editor (click the WiseStamp icon and then “Open WiseStamp”)
- In the Apps tab, click the RSS App and click the “Add” icon. Title your RSS feed and add the URL to the feed.
- How do you find the URL? Simply go to your blog/news site and look for the orange icon
. Now, copy the address (URL) into the RSS URL field in the WiseStamp editor.
That’s it!

Google Reader-How to share items in email signature?

Follow those simple steps:
- Install WiseStamp email signature (Firefox addon).
- Login to your Googe reader.
- Click: Settings >> Folders and Tags >> Your shared items >> view public page.
- On your Google reader public page copy the RSS icon “Atom feed” link, located on the right sidebar of the page, see sample image:
- Open WiseStamp in your browser.
- Select the “RSS” tab and insert (Ctrl+V) the copied link into the “feed url” filed.
- Click on the Apply button.
That’s it!
After the following steps a link to your latest Google reader shared items will update automatically in your WiseStamp email signature.
