    May have found an issue.
The new plug in re-inserts your signature in a draft that already has the signature.
    Thanks.

    Hi
The upgrade has cured issue with contacts, but can confirm as Dan has said it now inserts a second signature in to a draft saved document when reopened.

The upgrade done was fast and in main works, sign of a programmer that cares.

    Thanks

I’m finding that this new version inserts my signature into pretty much every form I enter, when I just want it only to load in gmail. Is there a way to turn this off?

This may be unrelated, but gmail has also been super slow to load ever since I downloaded the new upgrade…

    Tim,

Make sure you are on Firefox 3.6. Things should speed up. Or move to Chrome, Wisestamp now supports chrome also.

    Hi there!

Just visited Mozilla. Is the version uploaded to their site the newest version?

Is it compatible yet with Outlook and Mac email clients? When I was using the signature, email responses from these applications would mess up the formatting of my signature.

Got a message from chrome saying that the extension was turned off due to new permissions. Why is it that this ext needs access to my “all my web history and private data on websites”–quoting from the message from chrome.

Just got the same message as Jerrell. I have it disabled at the moment. I would like to know why the extension needs to know all this information, especially the “private data on websites” part.

    @bobby and Jerrell- Hi :)
Yes this is an automated Chrome Message caused due to some extension improvements and restructuring made on our latest Chrome version.
We actually only need access to the web pages in order to be able to insert the signatures in them. Although we may theoretically have access to more information – we make ABSOLUTELY no use of such info!

I have enabled my “Default Text Styling” Lab in Gmail. This basically sets the default font/colour/size of all my outbound emails in Gmail automatically. This is an excellent feature!
However, I recently installed WiseStamp and configured my Sig/logo, etc.
The problem is that now when I send emails via gmail with my wisestamp Signature, the “Default Text Styling” does not work and the text in the email body defaults to the standard Gmail text/font.
One thing that I noticed is that, If i start writing the email below the signature (pointless), the “Defaut Text Styling” Lab does work.
Can this be recified or do I need to find another product equivalent to wisestamp?

    Thanks for your help!

Great job! Any update on support for more than 2 signatures?

in the latest version of firefox for mac, wisestamp 1.3.5 inserts a copy of the html code below the signature and skype service icon.

i can also confirm what Dan and Mike T have identified as an issue.. it now re-inserts a second signature when you reopen a document saved as a draft.

    Re: 14 Chet

Enable default text style in Gmail doesn’t work in Firefox yet but will soon I hope. Just use manual insertion until a fix arrives.

Or use Chrome as it seems to work in that browser

Phew! I was getting really rather agitated that Wisestamp seemed to have stopped working. All better now.

By the way, this is not the version that downloads from the link from Mozilla Addons search site, so anyone adding from there will find functionaility missing. Might be worth updating the link off the Addons site?!

And YES PLEASE more that 2 signatures. 3 would be helpful, 4 or 5 possibly enough for anyone!

    Cheerio!

I’ll put another vote in for more signatures.

Also, where are these signatures stored? Are they local on the computer?

I really like it so far!

A late response. But I would like to thank Josh for clearing up my query regarding the security popup in Chrome.

Awesome extension. You guys have my full support.

Have to say, I’m extremely frustrated at this moment! My email accounts are Gmail. My OS is Mac 10.5. I have [sic] both a personal and business sig file created (really should allow more). If I go to manage wisestamp add-in, my business sig file automatically deletes itself. I’ve done it 3 times now!

I would also like more signatures. I have 6 different Web sites I manage and need to send emails in replay for each of them.
